SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders ship within 48 hours. If a product is backordered, then we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. If this date is unacceptable, then we may offer you an alternate item or issue a full refund to the original pay type.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.

Products marked as 'Free Shipping' apply to orders shipped to the United States only, unless otherwise noted. For shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact us. In the case of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

In most cases, items shipped internationally must be brought into our warehouse for shipment outside the US. Once items are ordered to be brought into our warehouse(s) the item will be subject to any restocking fee charged by the prospective manufacturer. This fee may be in addition to charges outlined above. In the event of a cancellation or return, actual cost of shipping fees to our warehouse(s) will be deducted form the refund amount.

International Shipments that are purchased with the US Free Shipping and do not want to pay the additional shipping will be charged a 5.00% cancellation fee. Please contact us at (803) 600-2149 or sales@fordemblemstore.com before purchase to avoid this fee.

We reserve the right to ship by the best method possible.

*-Special Note about "SHIPPING INSURANCE" &  "FREE-SHIPPING".  Free shipping is free to you the customer, but has to be paid for by us the seller/company. Therefore all Free (Promotional Shipping) Shipping, is sent via the cheapest, slowest method, and therefore is not insured.  Although we have had little or no trouble with base shipping, we WILL NOT be held liable for damaged or lost items due to uninsured shipping methods.  This service is provided to offer the lowest cost to you, the customer, but because we have zero recourse on base shipping, we also offer none. Because of USPS Guidelines, this also applies to USPS PRIORITY MAIL.  Currently the ONLY standard insured shipping method(s) are USPS EXPRESS MAIL & USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL.  We recommend these two services.  Please consider this fact when choosing your shipping option and by placing your order on this website,  you hereby agree to hold FordEmblemStore.com harmless and not liable, for lost or damaged shipments, shipped by ANY method other than USPS EXPRESS MAIL & USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL.



RETURN POLICY:
Uninstalled products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be received by us, in NEW and SALEABLE CONDITION. Damaged items or packaging will not be refunded for any reason. "PERFORMANCE SALES and/or Ford Emblem Store" is not responsible for return shipping or delivery on part returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be within 15 days of invoice date. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all refused deliveries. Exchanges of equal or greater value may not be subject to a restocking fee. Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable. Contact us for details.

Buyer assumes all liability for any damage that occurs on return shipment to Seller. Items must be packaged to withstand return shipment to Seller and Buyer assumes responsibility to verify that all items are secure and that damage will not occur.

An RMA# must be included with your return/exchange. To obtain an RMA#, please use the contact us link found here. Once you have an RMA#, you may return the product to us at:

PLEASE NOTE: The RMA# MUST be clearly visible on the return package.

Items without RMA Numbers or that were not preauthorized for return will be marked unclaimed for 30 calender days. In this event, no contact attempts will be made by Seller to Buyer. After 30 calendar days the item(s) will be disposed of as seen fit by Seller. Should Buyer choose to have the product reshipped, payment for reshipment must be received within 30 calendar days from the date the item was marked as unclaimed.

International Shipments that are returned as unclaimed will not be subject to a refund. Payment for reshipment must be received in order for Seller to reship the item(s).

RMA#'s are valid for 10 Days after the date they are issued. Items received after 10 days will be considered unclaimed.

International cancellations are subjected to additional shipping terms stated above in the "SHIPPING POLICY" section. 

 

Fraud Policy

We Aggressively Prosecute Credit Card Fraud:

We take fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers. Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for goods that you obtained fraudulently. We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret Service for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.

Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products online.
